Ilham Tower is a brand new (Mid 2016) 60-storey Grade A office building within the KLCC enclave, and the 5th tallest building in the country. It is sited at a prestigious address within the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre, along Jalan Binjai. The building is designed by world-renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners. The man behind the firm is Lord Norman Foster, winner of  the 21st Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate in 1999 and Praemium Imperiale Award for Architecture in 2002. According to the firm, the tower’s geometry is driven by the need for flexible, column-free spaces to accommodate its mixture of functions. Its form is equally shaped by the climate and urban context – the diamond-shaped plan increases the living spaces with views of key city landmarks and the facades tilt away from the morning and evening sun to reduce solar gain. Ilham Tower offers office space for rent, close to KLCC and Platinum Park KLCC.
